Our Practice

Established in 1971, we continually strive to uphold our law firm’s longstanding reputation for quality and integrity. Consequently, Slutzky, Wolfe, and Bailey, LLP is among eight percent of law firms awarded the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory’s highest rating of AV. Martindale-Hubbell—the country’s oldest and most respected directory for the legal profession—bases its annual evaluations on legal skill and ethical standards.

We have intentionally remained a small firm, but our experience is extensive. For example, our attorneys have closed thousands of commercial real estate transactions.

In contrast to other firms, the SWB attorney you hire is not just a figurehead; he is actually working for you. Behind the scenes, you won’t find multiple organizational layers with clerks and junior attorneys accomplishing the job. Having established that fundamental, two of our founding partners—Stanley K. Slutzky and Danny C. Bailey—continue to remain active with integral roles in the current practice.

Pro Bono Work

Slutzky, Wolfe, and Bailey, LLP has always operated as a family rather than as a business. In this vein, we believe it is important to give back to the local community, which has supported our practice throughout the years. Most of our attorneys and staff of SWB have grown up in Metro Atlanta, and we are grateful to the people and all that we have gained by living here. Therefore, we offer our time and expertise in support of select charitable foundations. By helping charitable organizations that support others in need, we hope our pro bono endeavors, in turn, make a small yet positive impact.
